What Qualifies Me

What Qualifies Me

Yes, I am a professional Coach ✔, a qualified Mind & Body Practitioner ✔, and a certified ADHD Coach ✔. This means I have a scientific framework and ethical foundation for my practice. But my background is shaped by lived experience rather than just formal credentials.


For over 40 years, I lived with undiagnosed ADHD and experienced the full spectrum of challenges that come with it. I have firsthand experience of what it's like to struggle with executive function, emotional regulation, chasing stimulation and the repeated setbacks that often accompany trying to change ADHD-driven habits. I know what it feels like when "the harder you try, the worse it gets."


My diagnosis marked the beginning of a transformative journey. I engaged in completely restructuring my daily habits, mindset, and overall lifestyle to work with my ADHD brain rather than against it.


Through my studies in ADHD coaching and neuroscience, I've learned evidence-based approaches specifically designed for the ADHD brain—understanding how dopamine, executive function, and attention regulation actually work, not just in theory, but in real life.


Many of the strategies I now use with clients were first tested through personal application. I don't just understand ADHD from textbooks; I understand it from living it, healing from it, and learning to thrive with it.
