What Qualifies Me

What Qualifies Me

Yes, I am a professional Coach ✔ and a qualified Mind & Body Practitioner ✔. This means I have a scientific framework and ethical foundation for my practice. But, my background is shaped by personal experience rather than formal accolades.


For 45 years, I lived with undiagnosed ADHD and experienced addiction, anxiety, and behavioral patterns that led to significant personal and financial difficulties, along with strained relationships.


I have firsthand experience of the challenges involved in trying to change long-standing habits and the repeated setbacks that often accompany that process.


Recovery marked the beginning of a longer process. Beyond sobriety, I engaged in restructuring my daily habits, mindset, and overall lifestyle.


Through my studies, I've taken evidence-based and hands on approaches rooted in neuroscience, behaviour change, and the connection between physical and mental health.


Every method I now use professionally was first tested through personal application.
